This extensive area has remained
relatively unexplored until recently with much of the
climbing not affected by tide. This venue offers some of the
more dependable routes in Shetland. The main crag is only of reasonable quality
however, offering routes to 35m. The lower slabs offer some
excellent easier routes but are only accessible in calm
seas.
Park on top of the hilll in the parking area 100m after the
cattle grid on the Tingon track and walk NW, crossing the
stone dyke. Walk round the North of this geo and descend on
the stepped slope down onto the "roadway" which
divides the upper and lower tiers. |
